David a lot of those people have turned in a change of address and they might not be all caught up.

If you ever got a look at the voter rolls, you'd understand. Given the turnover at some rental properties, the registrations at a particular address can easily go 3 or 4 generations of past renters deep. As far as I've ever seen, the rolls are not cross-checked against National Change of Address databases or ever cleansed for obvious duplicates (same person registered under slightly different names, etc).

Okay - they're up to date on the changes of address, they're entering the ones today, that they've received today.

I'm waiting for a call back to see if the figures he's quoting are accurate and if they're cumulative or repetitions.
