that's a very vague question.
Is it in regards to how they feel about whatever the U.S. is doing in their own countries?
I don't understand how to interpret the results of that poll as meaning anything.

I too fail to see how that poll means anything. Why do I care what Sierra Leone thinks of bush. Is he running Sierra Leone? I think that 31% is more telling.

I've seen that 31% as low as 19% in some polls.
