While I hate to go against the Lizard King(James Carville) I have to agree with some that have pointed out. If you do not know how bad the Republicans have made this country and world, then pointing it out now will not help any of them see the light.

If you do not see how bad things have become in 8 years,

Show me a Bush supporter, and I will show you someone blind, that has no knowledge of the Constitution and/or why this country was founded. In eight years they have gutted this country and everything it stood for.

While many Democrats stood by and let it happen.

I dont think I'll post yahoo stories again. The link I meant to have seen was a story about the Repubs using attack ads showing Hillary saying that McCain had experience and Barack didnt--from back in the primaries.

This was easily predictable (I predicted it) and Hillary must have known her words would be used this way. When will people wake up and see what this woman and her "husband" are all about?

Please go back and read what I wrote. I never said that Obama was the perfect candidate if such a creature exists.

You had record surplus replaced by record deficit. You have energy costs out of control, and a administration that is so slimy their first act was to lengthen the amount of time their documents stayed locked away from the public. Second act was to try to start a Ministry of Dis-Information.

If you were for the Impeachment of Slick Willy, and I hope you were. Then you have got to be sick with the stunts these guys are pulling. GWB and Cheney should be in Le Hague.

Jim, the national debt in 1993 was over $4 trillion dollars. In 2000, the national debt was at $5.8 trillion dollars.. Energy cost our out of control because world oil consumption/demand is at an all time high. The dems have prevented the US from adding to to the world oil supply by banning domestic drilling in the US. Also, not allowing new oil refineries to be built has only added to the problem of out of control energy cost.

Is even one death worth it. What good has come out of this mess? Are we really any better off?

There was no ban on building refineries. The problem was building them up to code, which cost too much. Too much from companies making record profits?

As for any drilling on American soil, CAP ALL WELLS NOW. We should be relying on offshore oil 100%. While moving towards new energy, green energy, and even safe nuke energy, though H3 would seem to be the future. Every drop of American oil should be held onto for strategic reasons. If they want to sell theirs then lets buy it. Oil is a finite resource.

So because the US is in Iraq that gives Al Qaeda the green light to slaughter innocent Iraqi civilians? Was it ok for Al Qaeda to slaughter innocent civilians on 9-11 because the US had a military presence in the Middle East?

I once say an interview with a terrorist. At the time he was working for us in Afghanistan against the Soviets. What he said, hit home. "We are considered terrorists because we deliver our bombs in backpacks instead of missiles." Very interesting point. The difference between a "freedom fighter" or a "terrorist."

American causalities are the result of the USA deposing a dictator installed by the USA, with no plan, no thought and no logical way to get in or out. Americans are dying, because of an illegal war that has still neve.r been described or framed in any term that has not been proven to be a complete lie or sham. Americans, are dying for the same reason the second 30,000 on the VietNam wall died for. Egos in Washington and the Military Industrial Complex.

And here is my problem with this country and republicans. Whitewater was joke, Monica Lewinski a joke, but President Clinton lied under oath, and lied to the American people. Nowhere does it state you can or cannot do it for personal reasons. So I had no problem with the impeachment.

But how can the right close their eyes to this administration who has never told the American People the truth? That started two illegal wars, and soon a third.

Russia / Georgia?! try that with a drastic change after 200 years in rule, and the murder of 400,000+, the death of 4,000 Americans, and the wounding of another 250,000.

The FBI has a stance and I think it might apply here. the thought is "Any business started with illegal funds, means or action, can never be considered a legal business."
