The Asian Carp has invaded America. They enjoy to jump out of rivers and tackle people. Getting tackled by a fish the mass of a bowling ball can be dangerous. The only defense is a strong karate chop or tennis backhand. We have got to fight them there or end up fighting them here. If successful broil with butter and salt, serve with chips.
