Michael Symon to be honored at St. Eds

One of his proteges, matt Harlan, will be featured here at Rozi's on Feb. 7th as part of our Charity Wine Tasting. Matt is the Executive Chef at Lolita, one of Michael Symon's famed restaurants and an Lakewood High graduate.
