Self-taught harmonica player, Wallace Coleman, traveled the world for ten years with Robert Lockwood Junior's legendary band, then hit the road with his own group, playing every major blues festival in the United States. Here's your chance to hear the Living Blues Award winner perform solo.

CAN YA TELL STORIES?: For students in fifth through eighth grade

Do you like to tell stories? Ever wanted to read to children? Interested in presenting a story time to toddlers and preschoolers? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, sign up for this series of five one-hour, interactive workshops, then present a special story time to the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA. All participants will who complete the program will receive a certificate and other rewards. Teen Connections is a collaborative community effort of the high school students in Lakewood, Lakewood Hospital, the Lakewood Y and the City of Lakewood's Division of Youth and Health who have joined together to produce this resource guide. A printed brochure was developed by students from Lakewood High School, St. Edward High School and St. Augustine Academy as well as several health care professionals.
