[b]The CIA warns several European countries of possible al Qaeda attacks which may include Paris “waste water systemâ€Â
Al Qaeda threats in Europe is nothing new.
When I went back to Germany in 2004, front pages of newspapers would read "terror cell busted, 14 possible al qaeda suspects detained" in cities like Munich, Frankfurt, Dortmund, etc.
In order to defeat al qaeda we'd have to wipe out most of it. I don't think the average American realizes just how much presence this group has in a countries population, since we rarely hear about things like terror cells in germany being busted up.
