Does Lakewood have a sister-city relationship with any other municipality in the world? Has it ever been tried?
We should form a sister-city relationship with some place in Afghanistan. Who's interested?

start smaller. maybe wickliffe or mentor. something on the other side of cuyahoga county. yeah. diplomacy and cultural exchange and all that.
