There was an article in clevescene or free times a while back about a guy from lakewood or rocky river who started out doing this for a living. He then opened an office in lakewood or rocky and river, hired some staff, and ran a business buying RPG game stats and selling them online to other players.
I don't remember his name, but he'll probably be driven out of business soon.
