Today's Plain Dealer mentioned a great Madison Avenue business, Lakewood's Designer Consignor, as part of its Arts cover page story on Elizabeth Kucinich's fashion shopping:

Kucinich says it best in explaining her support for Lakewood consignment shops:

"The people who own the shops are just lovely, and they and the people who give or sell their clothing to the shops are all local," she says. "So when you shop at these stores, you're supporting the community."

Tom

You might want to ask Mrs. Kucinich how she found out about The Designer Consignor, La Pita Express, India Garden, and other Lakewood things to see and do.
