That's got to be one of the most lamebrained things I've ever heard from a State legislature, and living here in Ohio that says a LOT.
How exactly does one use an MP3 player as an educational aid? For a system in fiscal crisis, proposed in the same breath as a tax increase, that takes some solid steel cojones.
