Storm Spotter training tonight - 7PM

For those interested in becoming a trained Storm Spotter, LEARA and the National Weather Service are sponsoring a training tonight at Dimitri's Restaurant, 1830 Snow Road, in Parma.
Gary Garnet of the National Weather Service will present the Skywarn training program. In order to maintain certification, and be able to recognize, identify and forward important weather related information, this training is a must.
Trained Storm Spotters are an integral part of severe weather reporting. More often than not, tornadoes and other severe weather are reported by spotters first!
