Safety problems not just the snow!

On the way to Phoenix Coffee I could not help but notice what has to be a very serious safety issue. I had Brian Simko pose under the threat, showing you that I will put any of my employees life in jeopardy to highlight a safety issue to fellow Observers. 
Chef Geoff, care to address legal ramifications and who would bare legal responsibility on this? Owner of the building, renter, or me for asking Brian to stand under it.
