As the swallows return to Capistrano, so do chuck holes start to return to the streets of Ohio at this time of year. Of course, in a classy neighborhood like Lakewood, perhaps they should be referred to as "Charles Holes"!

How about it Observers? Any bone-shaking Lakewood "Charleys" out there that we all need to be made aware of?

some nice ones on Rockway ... though they were there before the start of winter, and I suspect have been there quite some time.
