Cleveland Metro Park Out Houses

While riding to various Metroparks across Northeastern Ohio I was surprised to find many have running water, sinks, and flush toilets. Lorain Metroparks, with petty cash budget compared to Cleveland Metroparks, and many are remotely located or next to rivers and creeks in the rural area, yet all have modern restroom facilities. However, Cleveland Metroparks are located in urban areas and they provide the public with pathetic old dirty outhouses and a few scattered port a potty's.
It appears that the Cleveland Metroparks is just another self serving government agency affording modern facilities for their staff, but not to the public. With the 17 percent increase in property tax, instead of upgrading outhouses that public must use, the Board approved new trucks, equipment, wage increases and staff additions. After all the taxpayer's work for the Park and deserve outhouses.
Management, must operate on a schedule that is not based on conditions, that would require planning and work. It must be a weekly repetitive task assignment calendar for the crew. I've seen them mowing grass that hasn't grown during the drought, raising dust in the same places on the same day unless it's raining. If fact last week before the rain came through the crews were picking up nonexistent leaves making dust devils down at Wallace Lake. Another case of you tax dollars not at work.

The restrooms at Memorial Field are ridiculous with all the kids and families there. And the inadequate, unpaved parking is a farce.
