Fire On Lakewood Avenue!

This afternoon just as rush hour started and minutes after Lakewood Fire and Police left a fire on Hird, they were called to 1537 Lakewood Ave.
"Smoke showing" was the call, as some of the fire trucks were in the area they were able to get there quickly.
But as they arrived a call went out, "Flames Showing!"
They quickly entered the house and broke out the windows and applied water.
The smoke quickly turned from black with flames, to gray to light gray. Always a good sign.
You can see the damage as Fire moves through the house.
As quick as it started to was put out.
