Issue 1 + property tax = Democrat Hypocrisy

While riding about on my motorcycle I noted that within Cuyahoga County metro area, the vast majority of yard signs were "VOTE NO on Ohio Issue 1", the 60 % Vote Requirement to Approve Constitutional Amendments. The issue failed, but not because abortion rights was the issue that the liberal press has now headlined, it won’t change. It was the Democrat’s claim, that voting “yes” was removing “democracy” from the people by requiring 60 % instead of the current simple majority for approval. Additionally, they feared allowing the rural counties, the people responsible for feeding us, having a meaningful a voice in Ohio’s government.

These are the same hypocrites that supported democracy by pushing though Cuyahoga County organization resurrecting, while removing the elected position, the money cow of the county, the County Auditor. It authorized having your property tax assessment determined by a Fiscal Officer, an appointee approved of the Cuyahoga Counsel, to serve as the county tax assessor. The result was the self-righteous Democrats removed “democracy” and the people’s oversight of assessment taxes for greed.

The Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer's staff admits they don’t inspect any property they assess, nor do they have any facts for determining a property's value, they simply apply an arbitrary value, based on surrounding real estate values while discarding property's condition or age. The increase in the assessed values reflect that this office answers to no-one expect the "system", and property owners are now little more than chattel. Reasoning with the County Fiscal Office is like arguing with a fool, if you do, there will two fools in the argument.

Perhaps it’s time to organize a movement to put the issue in front of the voters of having the County Auditor reinstated as an elected official. The Fiscal Officer's quota to increase revenues by what ever means has caused significant burden on property owners and much higher cost for renters. It will remove the obstinate County Fiscal office from determining inequitable and biased property values when they admit to their total absent of any factual information that determined that value, and return the oversight to the voters.

While the Rs ran ads saying a "yes vote" would stop transgender education and sex changes among children. Red herring and total lie.

While it did have immediate impact on Women's Health, it also has an impact of legalization of marijuana, had they mentioned that it would have been a complete blow out.

Rs can't win without lying, and bullshit.

That's why "Biden" on his Arizona trip, drew zero people at the airport with exception of the press. Only 40 people attended at his speech on his administration's investments in conservation and protecting natural resources and the Inflation Reduction Act from Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. Not suspicious about Biden getting 81 million votes when he can't draw more than 40 people, while Trump got 74 million and fills up stadiums?

Looks like more than 40 people to me. And it did happen to take place in one of the most remote airports in the continental US. But sure, let's conflate one press conference and decide that it means Trump won the election. Why not?

I remember after Jonestown, everyone said, "this could never happen again"

And now we have people who are drinking Trump's Kool-Aid, believing his lies, and turning into insurrectionists.

It has already happened.

The Grand Canyon airport — owned and operated by the Arizona Department of Transportation — was the sixth-busiest Arizona airport in 2021, serving more than 75,000 passengers. Red Butte Airfield is an abandoned airfield, his handlers must of pick the location, to minimize the public's exposure and embarrassment of his babble and incoherent speech's. You would think that with 4.73 million visitors last year, that more than 40 of the 13,000 visiting the park and his 1,661,686 Arizona supporters would want to see another Biden fluent and coherent speeches that they could understand.

Would you be able to cite your source of 40 people?

Discounting the press, security, native American elders that were specifically invited and Biden's handlers, are you able to contradict my count with a source? Strange nobody contradicts my reference to Biden's babble and incoherent speeches, or am I mistaken, and he's speaking in Democrat tongue.

Then there's my all-time favorite:

"I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? As you see, it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that."

What source? I asked for a source and you have not provided one. It's not up to others to discount a non-existent source. What is your source?

"are you able to contradict my count with a source". Since you're unable of providing source for your demur of the attendance number, I'll provide you a source in a video of the event; https://www.google.com/search q=picks+of+the+number+of+people+attend+arizona+biden%27s+speech+vedio&newwindow=1&sca_esv=556633765&sxsrf=AB5stBitBcZ7BetTrqRlR7AzqVNL0RPPRQ%3A1691982982604&ei=hpzZZPq4JJGjptQPi-mLkA8&ved=0ahUKEwj6k5Pll9uAAxWRkYkEHYv0AvIQ4dUDCBA&uact=5&oq=picks+of+the+number+of+people+attend+arizona+biden%27s+speech+vedio&gs_lp=Egxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAiQXBpY2tzIG9mIHRoZSBudW1iZXIgb2YgcGVvcGxlIGF0dGVuZCBhcml6b25hIGJpZGVuJ3Mgc3BlZWNoIHZlZGlvSOcdUP4DWJobcAF4AJABAJgBZaAB_AOqAQM1LjG4AQPIAQD4AQHiAwQYASBBiAYB&sclient=gws-wiz-serp#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:63d6f946,vid:40c0t2uVxbw
