Accident - Rollover on Hogsback Lane - Not Over The Cliff

This morning around 9 am a call went out for a two car accident on Hogsback Lane, people stuck in vehicle.
The one side of Hogsback Lane drop over 100' into the canyon, was that even possible. Not today.
Cleveland arrives, Lakewood was first on the scene in one of this "no man's land" scenario. Cleveland? Lakewood?
Extracting one passenger.
One man taken to hospital to be checked out.
