Lakewood/Rocky River Rotary Swim-A-Thon Raises Money For Firefighters

It has been two years since the last Lakewood/Rocky River Rotary Swim-A-Thon, but Sunday it came back, and the families of Lakewood and Rocky River showed their thanks.
Swim-A-Thon took place at the Rocky River Rec Center.
Lakewood Fire Department well represented. That's Harlon Radford of Rotary on the left. He organizes this effort.

With this specialized craft, they can pull the victim right up through the bottom of the boat.
With David saved, they get a round of applause, and David is released back into the pool.
