The Problems At Marine Towers East

This was posted to the Marine Towers West thread earlier with solid reasoning. Both buildings were built at the same time, from the same contractor with the same materials. Even the garage was connected. But with recent history one becoming condos and the other still an aparmtent with what everyone is saying is stellar management let;'s look at them as cousins.

I was speaking with Marine Towers East resident Kevin McDowell who said, “I took this photo of a piece of concrete that fell out of our garage ceiling and almost hit me. You could see the 10” x 5” chunk would have hurt someone.”
Here are some of the photos that were submitted in the resident’s case, but they were dismissed by the judge for some reason.

He went on to say, “The buildings were built at the same time and the garages were connected until recently. We have been in court over Breach of Contract, and for failure of their Fiduciary Responsibility. They were supposed to set up a 'Rainy Day Fund' for repairs and they never did. They refuse to maintain the building properly.”
During a meeting in 2019 with Marine Towers East Building Management and others, the roof fell in on them stopping the meeting.
He also went on to say, “As of right now residents of Marine Tower East cannot go into or exit both upper and lower garages. What we know so far is a crew was working on the garage at Marine Towers West. East residents can only use the front exit.”
From today
You can clearly see cracks and where the wall has moved in the garage of Marine Towers East.
Luckily no one got hurt it would seem.
