What am I missing here? This is an At-Large race, city-wide, so these percentages are not from different wards.

But for Tristan Rader 3,542 votes comes to 19.34%, while for Laura Rodriguez Carbone the very same number of votes comes to 16.57%?

And Bullock -has 68 more votes than Rader, but a lower percent (19.34% vs 16.89%)?

By vote count here, winners are Kepple, Bullock, Baker.

By percent, winners are Kepple, Rader, Bullock.

Meanwhile, very close races. Two council candidates with identical vote numbers, and a third just 8 votes off.

And just 113 votes separated the candidates for judge.

Michael, it looks like OB corrected the Rader number. Good catch.

Thanks Jim! I could have just checked the BOE, but Observer-landia is more fun.
