Lakewood In The News - Kind Of!

Lakewood's 9-11 Memorial built with steel from the World Trade Center.
Chanel 8 just ran a story about a group of bikers taking signed American Flags to:
Flight 93 National Memorial, Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Pentagon Memorial, The Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia.
Tribute in Light, World Trade Center site.
They were signed by Police Chiefs and Fire Chiefs all over northern Ohio.
Then suddenly I see Lakewood Fire Chief Tim Dunphy signature pop up on the screen.
Then again, and again, and again.
Early in my friendship with Tim he was working on the 9-11 Memorial, and he and the Fire Department crushed that.
So it was not a surprise that Chief Dunphy was involved.
