City of Lakewood Welcomes "Hope Blooms Ohio" Flowers

With the help of the non-profit group "Hope Blooms Ohio" the city has placed flowers, real, faux, cartoonish and inflatables around the city to help welcome in spring.
These are the ones in front of City Hall, they are also located throughout the city in parks and other public places.
