That has now changed, MTO is now doing guest chefs and caterings on the weekend. Out of the box, are two chefs from a couple well known establishments in town. With other members of the family also in the business helping out. They are putting out the freshest Guatemalan food on the Westside. MTO-502 have come together to see how this unique but tasty food catches on in a town that is quickly becoming the United Nations for foods. From my point of view, any new taste is a good taste. Lakewood has an incredible collection of restaurants now, and 4 more opening soon. Lakewood I mean Foodwood is becoming a little Toronto for diversity in dining.
CurrentlyMTO-502 are only trying their menu on weekends.
I stopped by while the whole family was there...

From left to right: Geo, Guayo, Mia, Jesus and Marlon
The menu...

I ordered Shrimp Ceviche, Green Aguachile Shrimp, Tacos de Carne Azada and Tacos de Cerdo al Horno. All of it was fresh and tasty. Guatemalan is like Mexican in so much as tacos, avocados, tomatoes, onion etc., I generally find it more refreshing and not as heavy.
As it arrived

Unpacked on 12" plates

Daily Specials, on both days.
