Ohio Dept. of Health - Covid-19 distribution eligibility is the following weekly order starting 1/19/21 by age groups over 80,
1/25/21 over 75 with specific diseases
2/1/21 over 70 & K 12 teachers attending classrooms
2/8/21 over 65
2/15/21 those with specific diseases
The remainder of the population

It's 1/25/21, I cannot schedule my vaccination shots for the over 75+ age group because of insufficient supplies to vaccinate 80+ age group. In five weeks the vaccine availably will lag further behind and everyone will be eligible and there will be no priority. There is no requirement that highest risk group priority will be adhered too due to the inadequate vaccine to meet the schedule. ODH staff is inept and inert when it failed to review the current population census and projected vaccine supply.

I'm in good health so my risk is much less that other people in my age group, so this is not about not just about me being able schedule an appointment. The Ohio Department of Health's priority schedule is nothing but a propaganda media stunt that disregards the fatality and health issues of the highest risks groups due the time line. Scheduling appointments has already become a first come, first serve by pharmacies. There is little doubt everyone in the ODH and all the state politicians including their families have already received their vaccinations.
