Deep Water Closing Streets - BE CAREFUL!

First came new of the Highland Ave/West 117 Underpass flooding and a car stuck.
Then came news of a car on I-90 with water to the doors! Then one lane, then two lanes, the the highway should be closed...
This was around 11 am, still raining!
Almost over the guard rail!
Be safe out there!
