Bars On Sidewalks And In The Streets - Makes Sense Because...

The drunks are driving on the sidewalks, again and again.
A week ago we saw a drunk driving south on Beach Ave. on the lawns in the middle of the day. He finally hit a park car, and ground to a stop and was arrested.
Last night around 2 am, on State Route 237 aka Riverside Dr. a 24 year-old-man driving grandpa's car, drove a block and a half going south just past West Clifton. Normally this is a pretty active time on Riverside as people walk home from the bars.
Well In his shirt drive at a pretty good speed, he took out 4 trees, one telephone pole, one fire hydrant, and almost didn't stop until he hit a house, but stopped and turned back onto Riverside, down Riverway, South on McKinley where he was finally stopped by Lakewood Police getting on I-90.
Let's take a look at why in Lakewood it is now far safer to drink in the streets than walk on the sidewalks.
2020 the year elected officials stop caring about their constituents!

Dots marking the trees, telephone pole, fire hydrant he took out on his morning ride.

Only have way to the turn around. Hang on.

Pole and hydrant gone!

The driver finally seems to try to steer the car, turns right to head off to I-90.

Like on Beach Ave. last week, but for the grace of god...
Lakewood where it is safer to drink, eat and walk in the streets because the drunks have the private property covered!
