Carnegie Lawsuits Thread. Told You So!

Post by Bridget Conant »

A long time ago, I posted about the suitability of a Carnegie to handle the development and pointed to the various lawsuits they and the owner were involved in.

Seems like a good time to say “I told you so!”

however deep Carnegie's pockets are the lawsuits and counter lawsuits can go on forever.
So, they can forfeit the project and sell the land to some billionaire from asia or northern europe.
The asians are eager to leave because it is crowded. the northern europeans want to leave because it is cold.
If reports are to be believed, the land is worth One Dollar because that was its last sale price.
