One reason it was so difficult to communicate the truth about the Hospital closure was because the Plain Dealer and other outlets simply lied about the facts.
Here is another article where the reporter states that the Cleveland Clinic owned Lakewood Hospital. She claims that information came from Bryan Sylvester.
"The unexpected environmental remediation totaled $1,725,000, which came from the Lakewood Hospital Fund, a result of money received from the master agreement with the Cleveland Clinic that once owned the hospital, according to a letter from former Lakewood Planning & Development Director Bryce Sylvester."
If the truth is so wonderful why must they lie?
