Good Friends in Lakewood Land:

Well everyone, it's back.

The famous Lakewood Masonic Temple Lenten Fish Fry will be held each Friday during Lent from around 4:30-8:30 p.m. (if I am recalling correctly here) Enter rear door Andrews entrance. No steps. Nice menu. Take out or eat in. :D

Informal community music is once again informally hoped for. Sort of an almost-anything goes. Who knows who will decide to show up and perform? That keeps things fun. Bring your guitar and join in! :D

There have been jam sessions and individual acts. Many styles of music have been showcased too. :D

Word is, they'll also be offering occasional tours of this fascinating historic building, with its marble staircase, amazing Lodge room, and beautiful ballroom. :D

Hoping to see you there! :D

Back to the banjo! :D

Good Friends in Lakewood Land,

The first week for this event was nicely attended, with fish and music galore.

Nice to see the St. James parish hosting a fry, as well! :D

Looking forward to seeing you at the fish fry!

Back to the banjo! :D
