So someone wants to build outlet stores in Cleveland while upscale mixed use is planned for Lakewood. I was at the outlet stores in Aurora last night, bought something and asked if I could return it to the outlet store in Lodi. No because that store, along with most of the other stores in that center were closed. I haven't verified that personally. It's the same trend all over the country, up or downscale. So yay, Build Lakewood.

Along with three hotels at the intersection of W150, Brookpark, 480, 71 and the airport. One up for auction "no reserve."

The market is saturated for hotels. Or motels.
I worked for two different Patel families.
It was so strange I read a whole book about it.

A lot of people will oppose, but from my own selfish consumer standpoint, I like Walmart. If it's at 150th and Lorain it won't have that much impact on Lakewood retail. It will take my business away from Target.
