Though we all know "One-Lakewood Strip Mall" errrrrr "One-Lakewood Mutil-Use Strip Mall" and the election has no connection. None at all. Repeatedly those that liquidated a $248 million community owned asset, while running 1,600+ high paying jobs out of town, have asked all of us to forget that, look the other way, instead look to the wonderful future another strip mall, errrr multi-use strip mall will bring us. Their sycophants and blind supporters that assured all of us for months Sam O'Leary, John Litten, Mayor Summers had a special surprise and a grand vision.

Many of us doubted it.

Many thought it was a fool's errand.

Even a way to move money out of public control and benefit, to a small handful to control and decide who benefits.

Perhaps

Just perhaps we are going to see the Election Surprise, More of the great living those on council, city hall, and their supporters most have known about.

One Lakewood Water Park, Bumper Boats, and Championship Fishing Stream!!!!!

From the back kiddie pool you can take in how amazing this has become. PLEASE IGNORE the oil slick on top of the pools.

Just like the liquidation of the hospital, get over it, look away, think of the fun you will soon have for your $248 million.

Thank you Council, the Mayor, and all the supporters! At least it is not a big hole that will suck in a million dollars, as they feared.

No it is a black hole that sucked in $248 million dollars, and probably Lakewood's Future.

Once There Was An Award Winning Public Community Hospital...Caring for those impoverished and in need...

Now there are only future real estate sales commissions for REALTORS(R) on housing that no ordinary resident can afford to live in.

He's some information on our new local political action committee -- "Lakewood Neighbors for Good Government"

So..could the Vice Treasurer of this PAC possibly be a REALTOR(R)?

Now the sky has begun to clear for me!

Could tax abatement be far behind?

from Nathan Kelly's bio:
He was a critical player in the revitalization of Downtown Cleveland, leading redevelopment projects that included historic renovations of once-empty office buildings and the redevelopment of the Playhouse Square District. Kelly also led Cuyahoga County’s role in the 2016 RNC Convention in Cleveland.

The RNC Convention is as Republican as you can get. Republicans masquerading as Democrats, forming a PAC to run "their" Democrats, in their zeal to privatize public assets. Wake up, people.
