Trump Takes Page From Summers' Playbook

As you may recall, our own Lakewood Observer was banned from Lakewood City Hall in response to the "Bad Government" series of articles.
To this point, I have avoided gratuitous comparisons between our Mayor and the President, but this one was too good to pass-up.

Trump is also threatening lawsuits against media outlets that he doesn't like.

Team Summers has already been there and done that.
IMMC, Jay Carson was part of the legal team that sued the Observer a few years ago.
Yes, that's the same guy who was taking photos of Laura Rodriguez Carbone's yard signs this weekend.

I wouldn't be surprised that Democrats eventually blame Trump for selling out the healthcare of the Lakewood residents by closing the hospital and slaying a financial golden goose of revenue.
According to Democrats, the mayor elected as a Democrat, and he alone was responsible for closing the hospital. Now according to some, he was a Republican. Never mind, Democrat City Council members that had the sole authority, approved the closing, were reelected.
Will Lakewood change with a new Democrat mayor and council? Like Einstien said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”
Detroit, the wealthiest city on the planet in the 1940s and after continuous 100 percent Democrat leadership for the past 35 years and look at it now.

Detroits population has been decreasing since the 1950 census.
America invented new ways of subsidizing suburban growth.
the surrounding suburbs did not want to be annexed by Detroit for....a very specific reason.
