IF you had problems getting to Dunkin Donut this morning it was perhaps due to the accident at Fries and Spring Garden. For those not aware, Spring Garden is the major freeway errr residential street that Dunkin Donuts is on. Every morning hundreds of cars, SUVs trucks barrel down Spring Garden to get the Donuts and Egg White sandwiches.

A car headed north on Spring Garden did not see the pickup truck or missed the stop sign. No matter the accident happened around 8am.

Perhaps caused by hurrying. Who knows.

Doesn't pay to hurry....

One was taken to the Hospital for a check up.

Great work Lakewood Police and Fire.

There is no residential street near Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru. You must of miss understood.

Lakewood is putting restaurant drive thru ON RESIDENTIAL STREETS. You see they outlawed them on Detroit Ave., but not really.

As residents really do not care what is going on past their own eyesight. They can put these on residential streets and only 20 or 30 people complain. Look on the Deck for CVS, for trucks at Drug Mart, McDonalds to name but a few. Ohhhhhh and Raisin Cane!

From Ed FitzGerald, to Summers to their love child Sam O'Leary, there is ZERO respect of neighborhoods, residents, or the kids on those streets.

NONE
