While the river flooded its bank as it does a couple times each year. The ice damn broke up and it is flowing easily. No damage yet.

Red line shows normal spring high water flood. Blue line severe flooding, every couple springs. Purple shows high water line the year it destroyed Settler's Landing area, Eddy's Boat Docks, and other structures.
As you can see we are pretty far from serious high water. Every year the river rises above the wall on the left in front of 11 River. Which is why they are way above it.
