City vehicle hits parked car and the city refuses to compensate the owner.

So we can hand over millions to the Clinic and private foundations stacked with “friends,” but some poor working stiff has his car damaged by a city vehicle and the city can’t own up to it for “the greater good.” Besides, the guy is just “a narrow private interest.”

That is completely unfair. "Rival Trump?!" Trump inherited all of his money. Was pampered and groomed the chosen one until he believed it.
Trump uses his staff and law department to even scores, and wipe away crimes committed by friends and supporters.
Tump "tries to tell the truth when he can." But often is forced to lying about facts and what is happening.
Trump ignores court orders and feels the residents have no right to see the documents or facts.
Trump calls accurate and fact based reporting by qualified writers as fake news.
Trump calls other liars to hide the real truth and lies.
Trump calls those that disagree the enemy.
Ohh, never mind.

The pretense that Butler see himself as protecting taxpayers versus his own power that of his bosses is truly laughable.
