Relief Properties to Appear Before Judge

Almost 2 years ago, the decrepit and unkempt property on Cannon owned by Relief Properties was discussed here:

The house is STILL a mess - boarded up windows and doors (though sometimes there is open access) and a mess of a yard and sidewalk.

Neighbors have made numerous complaints. The city’s own housing code is being violated yet the city has allowed this situation to continue.

However, it appears that there may finally be action.

Relief Properties has a Sept 4 court appearance for failure to comply with building codes even after acitation was issued.

Will they finally be forced to clean up that eyesore?

Waiting for docket to update to see what happened in court today.

Meanwhile, the property looks worse than ever - open windows and an open basement window, all inviting trouble or possible harm.

How the city allows this I do not know. He must be a real “special” friend of Summers.

Darren Mancuso appeared and pled no contest. Another appearance is scheduled for Sept 21.
