The city of Lakewood has settled the civil rights lawsuit brought by the teen girl who was injured by a Lakewood cop in an incident at the Madison Library.

The city will pay $150,000 and the Library agreed to pay $50,000.

That seems like a pretty low payout.....

it's interesting that Butler and Summers will drop their pants when negotiating with CCF or other big business, but will take a tough stance when dealing with individual citizens.
