The last I knew, Jason Russell (former City Planner for Lakewood) is the Van Aken District Neighborhood General Manager. He's with RMS.

Funny thing.

Other cities have these “market halls” where vendors sell local food and drinks. You can buy to take home or there are tables in the center if you want to have lunch or dinner. They are useful - you can shop, but they are also a fun place to gather.

Examples that I’ve been to are the Santa Barbara City Market and the Ponce Market in Atlanta. The SB one takes up one city block, probably not much bigger than the Edwards beer garden lot.

Though SB has year round pleasant weather, and Atlanta mostly good weather, these are covered, indoor facilities.

I still don’t see how the Littke League Beer Garden will survive an Ohio winter.
