No announcement and fanfare yet?

Will earn an endorsement from the Lakewood Republican Club or the Lakewood Dem Club?

Will Rick Uldricks be helping both Bullock and Jay Carson in this race?

Do you all recall a race Carson was getting in against Antonio a few years back? He dropped it before it hit too far.

One wonders if this has something to do with helping Bullock, a weak candidate.

It's quite obvious that Carson would drop out if Bullock wins the Dem primary.....essentially allowing him to run unopposed.
I'll do my part to make sure all Dems are asware of Bullock's collusion with the GOP.
Jay Foran has already come out on Facebook as a Bullock supporter......that's like a Democratic Presidential candidate being endorsed by the Koch Brothers.

Not sure I agree. Does Foran have much money of his own?---I thought he got paid by and uses "taxpayer" and "subsidy" money and "other people's" money?

Most wealthy GOP donors got rich off taxpayers money.....we need look no further than local sports barons Jimmy Haslam and Trump-Lovin' Dan Gilbert.
Naturally, they donate to candidates that favor "limited government".
By "limited", they mean "limited for poor people, but very open to corporate welfare".

Does anyone know who Joseph O'Donnell is? He withdrew as a Republican candidate when Carson was listed.

Who besides Tommy B. is running as a Democrat in HD13? That's the real contest.

Please note, however, that GOP Donors also shower money onto corrupt, corporate Democrats in "blue" areas.
The Replublican brand is absolute crap across wide swaths of America, especially heavily populated cities and inner ring suburbs.
The GOP has surrendered urban America over the past couple decades in order to court rural and exurb communities......the very white, very racist, very gun loving areas. This strategy suits them well at the national and state level.

Republicans like Essi and Bill Call were "left behind" by the GOP....they now live in areas where Republicans have zero hope of winning.
They're sort of like the South Vietnamese that were abandoned by the US in 1975.

The Big Money Players, however, are never "left behind".
THey simply purchase Democrats with lavish campaign donations to make sure they get what they want.
Here in Lakewood, weasels like Tom Bullock are happy to serve republicans (for the right price, of course).
The Cuyahoga County Dem Machine is owned by Trump Lover Dan Gilbert, who just got over $200 million of government subidies in exchange for his donations to Budish, Frank Jackson, and Company.
Heck, Frank Jackson's "Fat Cat Fundraiser" last summer was a who's who of the GOP elite.

Lakewood's current state Senator Mike Skindell is also a candidate in the Democratic primary for Ohio House district 13.

Let's make sure I understand this thinking correctly:

1. You believe that GOP donors are more efficient at taking advantage of government subsidies and programs than Dem donors---Apparently the GOP donors are more "corrupt" in using these laws to their "racist" advantage.

2. Even though Dems are more effective at getting their folks elected in urban areas, the "very white, very racist, very gun loving" promoting GOP donors are nevertheless able to buy the city slicker elected Dems---using them as their b*****s to work their racist will on the greater population. If true, what does that say about the the Dems who keep electing these hookers?

3. Bill Call and I live at the end of Lakewood's Ho Chi Minh Trail surrounded by Lakewood's Neo Liberal Viet Congo where the GOP donors have abandoned us.

Mr. Essi, pay attention. This is exactly what the GOP has been doing for years. And they've promised to do a more better greater job of doing exactly that this year. Now that the GOP has crashed federal revenue with the tax scam to the 1%, they've promised to cut Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security in order to "save the budget, prevent a more bigly national debt." The GOP spreads fear and anxiety and doubt regarding the future - all the better to let the little people fight amongst themselves (you're taking my job!) while they siphon more and more riches.

Your comments on white/racist/guns are yours. It's easier to describe it in terms of economic inequality and lack of economic opportunity. Class warfare. Steerage class. The untouchables, etc. There always has to be some tribe that you're fighting against or that you're better than.

In Lakewood (and Cuyahoga County), it's just easier for a Republican (or anyone) to get elected as a Democrat. People vote in the "Dem," don't really pay attention, and the Faux Dem can follow the GOP playbook to enrich themselves and their owners, er donors. The common denominator is what is the politician doing for his/her owner, er donor.
