Council Is A Changin'---Can O'Leary Cling to Shadowy Presidency?

The past election shook O'Leary's windows and rattled his walls.
He has been an embarrassment of dishonesty and feeble Council "leadership" caving to the Insiders' Club at every turn
In 2018, let's look to the future and not glare backward at the ugly past of "President" O'Leary's $100 million Government Giveaway.
Will the 2018 Council display courage?
Or will the 2018 cower to the establishment and Insiders' Shadowy government?

Here is just a small sample of O'Leary's ills:

It's very important that a quality challenger be found for the 2019 Ward 2 race.
Mr. O'Leary needs to pay a price for his skullduggery.

The only reason Sam got the president's seat was a power struggle behind the scenes of fellow council members to keep Bullock out of it.
Also let's not forget that Mayor Summers kicked Sam $100 for his election run, so it is not like he sells out for nothing.
And the true architect of yet another Lakewood debacle making us look like idiots, Ed FitzGerald had that big fundraiser for him this year in Downtown Cleveland, though he was running for nothing.
City Hall broken, will anyone step up to start to fix it and finally help Lakewood heal and move on?

If Mr. O'Bryan is correct on this point, it means that a board member of the Lakewood Hospital Association (Mayor) made a campaign donation to a candidate (Council President) who was shortly to vote on a major contract that would benefit Lakewood Hospital Association. Whoa! Are they nuts?

Correction
Summers was a $500.00 contribution Butler gave $100.00

I would think promises made like that he could be council president and someday mayor, even letting him try out the Mayor's chair were as big of an influence as the $$$.

I think all of the controversy, questions, and decisions, we're driven more by ego and status; less by money.
But where is the money?
