It's close to and related to Lakewood, is that enough?

it is being remade to what it was in the 40's and 50's, a boulevard with trees, I drove thru the other day, about 35 mph, people were passing me, honking their horns, flipping me the finger, I thought I was on 480,

Jackie,
I've heard of other people getting speeding tickets, so you did good.

People have been getting ticketed and towed, more and more frequently. The traffic pattern is still not clearly marked or understood. Example the entire high level bridge is 50 mph, well not headed west, where in the middle the bridge goes from 50 to 35mph, which cannot be safe. Also the original was a single lane, then two, now appears as 3 in each direction.

I personally believe it is merely a way to bring rush hour traffic back to the Westside to even out the flow. Eastside into Downtown Cleveland is still 65 and 50 mph but gets backed up for hour drives. Westside was 12 minutes Downtown, now 30-45 in rush hour. Thereby mitigating east west, while amplifying another reason to live Downtown. If you notice many 3, 4 lane roads have been reduced for bike lanes with no bikes. This reflects something many dying communities are doing to increase the feel of living in a thriving community. So instead of driving Dowtown in minutes with no traffic, you get to the office or home complaining about traffic, and belive the county is growing not shrinking. An interesting thought process, I am sure you could discuss among yourselves.

While close to Lakewood it will be moved later today.
