LAID BARE: More Records Expose Illegal Meetings That Defendants Bullock, Nowlin, Marx Lied to Courts About

Defendants Bullock, Nowlin and Marx fought for almost 2 years to conceal inculpatory records regarding their illegal behavior in relation to open meetings.
Here is what our city lawyer from Thompson Hine wrote CCF and LHA lawyers and Butler the day of illegal City Council meetings that Bullock, Nowlin and Marx participated in:
At 12/6/15 10:37 AM
“At 4 p.m. today, the City team will commence meetings with City Council members.”
At 12/6/15 11:14 PM
“We had productive series of briefings with City Council and the Mayor that stretched through the afternoon and evening.”
The Heat Remains On!
Less than 2 weeks later, an open meetings lawsuit was filed against Defendants Bullock, Marx, and Nowlin known as Skindell v. Madigan.
Defendants Bullock, Marx, Nowlin all denied that they had participated secret illegal meetings--an appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court is still pending.
The Records below, were not released by City Hall until August 16, 2017.
Note:
1. Jones Day and McDonald Hopkins attorneys knew about the clandestine meetings (see lawyers copied on the emails below).
2. Jones Day lawyers (representing CCF) and McDonald Hopkins lawyers (representing LHA) showed up with Kevin Butler in Judge Russo’s chambers in Skindell v, Madigan on Friday December 18, 2015 arguing against open meetings violations.
3. Butler was involved at every level.
