Due to my age, I don't get it, what does the hanging of the pants down below the ass hole mean? I see a guy walking down the street holding his pants up, from falling to his ankles and talking on the phone. What does it mean, what is that supposed to tell me? Does he want anal sex? Why do they bother wearing underwear? It would be so much more interesting, if they didn't. Is this a form of seduction? Enticement? An offer for what? tell me. What if I wore my pants below my ass, while walking the dog, would I get arrested or stoned to death? I'm just asking.

they are developmentally disabled. it should be possible to fail out of 8th grade and just teach these kids to do the work illegal immigrant agricultural laborers do. Our education system is not efficient or productive.

Sometimes I think about pulling over, when I see a contributor, a culprit, and just ask them, "what does that mean?"' but I might be prosecuted for sexual harassment? I'm just asking.
