I drive by every day, I never see workers, nothing is going on, what is the holdup? Brown paper partially covers the windows, that s all? Lucky''s will be open before the Clifton Dinner. They are not building from the ground up, there remodeling, what is the holdup? I'm just asking.

I've heard from local businessman that the store on the southeast corner of Clifton & West 117th Street will be a higher end BBQ restaurant. I have no idea when it will open.

Thanks Brian, that is great news to hear, The old Clifton Diner is supposed to reopen in the Huntington bank building at Hird & Clifton in Lakewood, I don't see anyone working there either,

Jack, Lucky's Grocery will be up and running before the "Clifton Diner "opens. Don't you know, Jimmie Demora's contractors are working on the projecrt, and from jail, it must be very time consuming.
