The Observation Deck

Going through some boxes of old items from the office I ran across a couple items that brought smiles to our faces and some brought bewilderment, like this next item from Ward II Councilman Tom Bullock.

It is letters and notes like this that keep me going, but where did the love go?



Tom since that card, all I have ever asked of you, council, and City Hall to be honest and tell the truth, to be accountable for what you did.

I have done everything you asked for on this card and more.

Where did the love go?

Mike Summers, I think that's what happened to him. From my observations,it seems that everyone that gets involved with Summers becomes an alcoholic, a crook, or otherwise a derelict.

Sad, but I think it may be true.

No, you can't blame Summers.
Bullock has been a devious, two-faced, liar from the beginning.
Some of us learned it in 2007.....many others have learned over the past ten years.....and many more haven't yet discovered it.

Corrupt politicians are NOT good people ruined by a wicked system.
They are corrupt people that enter government in order to advance their own ego, bank account, or both.

I completely agree. From his start here in Lakewood, I noticed he doesn't listen and doesn't care unless it promotes him.

Crooked Bullock represents everything bad in government today.

He begged then Council President Brian Powers to select him as our LHA Council Trustee--not because he had any interest in healthcare or charity care, but just so he could get close to the big wigs at CCF to feather his political nest. I now have records that show that in 2013, Tom Bullock (and the Secret Select Committee he was part of) recommended to the LHA board to close Lakewood Hospital in favor of CCF's family health center.

Bullock is nasty and dishonest--he smiles in senior citizens' faces and he simultaneously slips a knife in their backs.
