This year for the 2017 Cleveland Air Show I went down mostly to see the F/A18 Hornet, But stuck around one day for the Thundebirds and other stuff. You can see all the photos on my photo blog at: http://www.lakewoodobserver.com/photobl ... -show-2017
Here is a sample.

WWII Japanese Torpedo Bomber

WWII Corsair

A rare de Havilland Vampire Bomber

F/A 18 Super Hornet

As it pulls out of its dive, water vapor condenses on the top of the wing and appears as clouds.

The higher the humidity the better the contrails!

A high speed pass at about 700 mph.

A 500 mph, 4G turn!.

You can almost read his watch!

A 10 Warthog flying through bomb smoke.

Corsair on F/A 18 Super Hornet

The US Air Force Thunderbirds

It was a fun day.
