http://www.crainscleveland.com/article/ ... nstruction.

So a guy falsified documents and diverted $300K on a construction project--he was investigated by the FBI and went to jail.

What if a top Carnegie Exec was also a target in that probe?

What if public records show incumbent Tom Bullock wrote Summers, Madigan and Butler suggesting a criminal act in furtherance of a scheme to defraud Lakewood taxpayers of $100M?

What if Bullock suggested changing votes and proposed falsification of records in anticipation of an Ohio Ethics Commission investigation so he and Madigan could vote for the $100M giveaway that benefitted his friend and mentor Ed Fitzgerald?

What if Bullock actually falsified a public record to help Summers get re-elected to aid the $100M giveaway and Butler was aware of this falsification?

What if the public records were intentionally withheld until after the public voting on the $100M giveaway?

Would this make any difference in Council's voting for or against the Fitz-Carnegie "deal" with "expanded footprint"?

Would this make any difference in the public voting for or against Crooked Incumbent Bullock?

Brian,

I believe that Bullock, along with Butler, more than likely did falsify or alter documents. Since it appears that they have Armond Budish, The Cleveland Clinic and the Cuyahoga County Courts on their side, they believe that they can get away with anything. Remember when jimmy Demora was having court cases fixed? Could Armond be doing this? Did Armond fix the votes?

I believe that with everything happening in Lakewood now, it is only a matter of time until they get caught for something. Tick tock. Tick tock. I believe that Summers and Company and Council should enjoy their freedom now. Their "connections" and the news media can only protect them all for so long. What does the news media gain by being Mr. Summer's cheerleaders? Any kick backs?

Brian,

You mention the possibility of changing votes. I believe there is strong evidence that this may have occurred in the 2015 and 2016 Lakewood elections. In fact, I believe it is possible that some of the results could be overturned. There is an active investigation currently taking place with the Attorney General for the State of Ohio.

Wow! Where will Lakewood be, if in fact, the Save Lakewood Hospital side really won? Should be interesting!
