A public record was produced last week---over 15 months after I requested it, over 12 months after I filed a lawsuit to obtain it, and over 3 months after a Court order requiring Lakewood to produce it.

The record shows that Huron Consulting was working for the Clinic when Kevin Butler hired them in 2015 to conduct an "independent review" of the hospital matter.

1. Each of you touted the Huron Report as a reason for voting for Kevin Butler to "negotiate" the Master Agreement.

2. Each of you touted the report as a reason to vote for 49-15 the Master Agreement.

3. Each of you are Council at Large incumbents seeking re-election.

So, you each have a duty to me and the public at large to answer the following question with a simple "yes" or "no":

Did you know that Huron Consulting was working for the Clinic when Kevin Butler hired them?

Slightly off topic, but worth mentioning, is the fact that Ms. Madigan and Mr. Juris were a BIG part of this mess too.

Conveniently, Ms. Madigan landed a job as Cuyahoga County Communications Director, a job that she was not even qualified for. I believe this was a part of the plan so that Armond could control any information coming in and going out of his administration regarding the alleged illegal dealings in Lakewood.

Not a word out of either one of them. It appears that, like the rest of the council, they feel that being under the wings of Summers, Budish and the Cleveland Clinic is going to keep them safe from prosecution.

Over a week now and still dead silence from the Incumbents involved in a $100M giveaway of taxpayer assets?

Records released just yesterday--July 25, 2017---requested March 15, 2016---show that Incumbents Marx and Nowlin knew that Crooked Bullock was using Huron Consulting for political purposes in the "back rooms" of City Hall and LHA.

Check out pages LKWD-PRR167_000001 & LKWD-PRR167_000004 as to how Bullock works the "backroom" with Council Council, the Administration and LHA Trustees.

According to on city employee, it was Bullock who ultimately altered these public records that Summers then gave to the Plain Dealer editorial board for a political endorsement. So when Bullock wrote: "I'd like to share this with the public somehow but haven't thought through what means would be effective."
he apparently found a backchannel way of doing so, but only after he altered the record.

So Crooked Bullock's dilemma is how to share information he improperly manufactured with the public so that the public cannot see him behind the curtain?

Ms. Marx has yet to explain her full involvement with Huron Consulting, seeing as she received a nice campaign contribution from one of their employees. I believe that bullock has always flown under the wing of Ms. Antonio, the campaign infiltrator whom I believe was a Summer's plant to take information about Skindell's campaign and Save Lakewood Hospital back to our alleged criminal Mayor and Council. What does that say about Ms. Antonio?

As I have said before, it is time to take out the trash at city hall!

To rephrase this question to correspond to actual City documents, did you know Huron worked for CCF and on the election of Mayor Summers?

Why was a City paid consultant being used to prepare opposition rebuttal statements against State Senator Skindell's campaign flyers?

Has anyone at City hall ever bothered to check the Ohio Revised Code? What am I missing?
