A surprising bit of material popped on my Facebook feed today.
It was a sponsored post from Tom Bullock....which surprised me, since I don't follow his page.
The post gave me a good chuckle, so I thought I'd share.
I seem to remember Tom sticking up for "the wealthy and well connected" at the Dennis Kucinich press conference....not "regular folks".
Unless, of course, you consider Toby Cosgrove to be "regular folks".

As I've said many times (and I will say it again):
Tom Bullock is the most dishonest, disingenuous politician I have met in my 26 years of Lakewood activism.

Simply amazing what comes out of their mouths at election time, isn't it?
God help us.

Again, I think these people live in some alternate reality!
Bullock wasn't too worried about the elderly or the poor when he actively participated in looting Lakewood Hospital.
People see right through you, Tom. I'm hoping you'll be replaced.

From the most disingenuous, self-serving politician around, this is true comedy gold. Across the spectrum of people I know in Lakewood, I have found the general consensus is, nobody likes Tom Bullock.

That's because they have manufactured an alternate reality...complete with its own media outlets like the fake newspaper, Inspector Clouseau's FB page, and Jen Pae's fake Facebook page.

There's a 99 percent chance that he will re-election.
An incumbent Lakewood Council member has not been defeated since 1993. That's when Bryan Flannery unseated John Gallagher for an at-large seat.
Bryan had to walk the entire city six times in two years (1991 and 1993) to pull that off.
If one of the three incumbents loses, Bullock is LEAST likely to be it.

Yep....there are two kinds of people: Those who don't trust Tom Bullock, and those who've never actually dealt with him.
Bullock's advantage is that the vast majority of voters don't really know him....they just see a familiar name.
